Dave, the manager was friendly and polite and did a great job with my inspection. He was going to sell me a back windshield wiper blade however they didn’t have one in stock in my size. Great experience.!

Dave T is a total jerk. The process they use at this location (Legacy and Custer) is different than when I was there last year. I pulled around to the stop sign with my insurance handy, as the signs instruct, and then was reviewing my email while I waited for him to finish with the car in front of me. Rather than walk 10 yards to my car to kindly ask me to pull forward, Dave yells across the driveway at me..."HELLLLOOOOOOO", waving his arms. When I got to where he was, I apologized, as I was thinking someone would come to the window to check my insurance and give me further instruction. He answers rudely that "it's been this way for 2 years" and starts barking the instructions to set my parking break, leave my keys in the car, turn off the engine-never looking up from my insurance card. The last time I dealt with him, it was the same attitude. The other guys that work in there are always friendly, but not Dave T. He clearly hates his job, and life in general. I hate to say this, because it is so close to my house and quite convenient, but I will drive the e tra distance to go elsewhere for my inspection in the future. Life is difficult enough without some disgruntled stranger cra

I have been to this location to get my car inspected on several occasions. In fact, I've had all of my cars inspected here in the past couple of years and the store manager Dave is great. During my visit today, Dave, asked everyone to pull up a few feet so that more cars could fit in the line. The guy in front of me got out of his car and started cussing out Dave and threatening him. At one point I thought I was going to have to jump in and break this fight up but Dave handled himself well. The argumentative customer kept cussing and backed his car up and pulled out and left the establishment. I was actually impressed with how Dave stayed calm, cool and collected during this altercation. Therefore, I recommend going to this facility to get your car inspected.

The guy at the Dekra Legacy location in Plano was rude and condescending. I parked and attempted to walk into the location to pay etc. He started yelling at me “ma’am, ma’am get back in your car!!” There was no visible signage so I thought I was as supposed to go in as there were other people sitting inside. He followed up with “what do you need?!” I replied “I was just coming in to pay.” He then said “no wait in your car!” I got back in my car, sat there for a couple of seconds and thought screw this there have to be other places to take care of this so I left. Drove down to Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair. They were so nice!! Got me in and out quickly and efficiently!!
